I need this movie

Kill or Be Killed!
I used to watch it all the time as a kid, whenever it came on TV. The production is horrible, the acting not much better, but the fighting scenes at the end are awesome. Wonder if it is on DVD anywhere? I have the sequel Kill and Kill Again, but this one has eluded me.

Miss California

Apparently, she is against same sex marriage.

I don't really care.

Also, hats off to the winner, Miss North Carolina.

The Home girl, Miss Kentucky, not to shabby either.

How about them Yankees?!

How about those New York Yankees! Could they mess up having a brand new ballpark any more than they already have? First they tell fans a game is rained out, when infact it wasn't. Then refuse to let them re-enter when the game begins. Class. Then they refuse to let Paul O'Niel (a World Champion Yankee) watch batting practice. Class. Then they tell their hard working die hard fans, who take rapid transit to the park straight from work, that they can't bring their lap-top cases into the park....but they can store them across the street for an additional $5. Whoever is the New York Yankmes PR guy needs to be given a refresher course, then fired. They've become the blackest eye in a league filled with blackeyes. You stay classy New York Yankmes.

Did I mention, I miss the Kentucky Derby?

Swine Flu

I've had it with the Swine Flu bullcrap. So a few hundred people got some kinda freaky flu strain. Why do we not say anything about the 36,000+ people that die from regular flu every year here in the United States? Is it because it doesn't have an animal name in front of it? Would more of us care if it were Giraffe Flu, or Aardvark Flu? Just because you give it a funny name doesn't mean everyone should freak out about it. Just cover your coughs and wash your hands....you know, like you should do all the time anyway!!!!

God I miss the Derby already.

Kentucky Derby Weekend

Once again, the first weekend in May is upon us, and that Means the 135th Running of the Kentucky Derby. I'm not one to watch horse racing very often, but I often tune in to this event...And not for the horses.

Here's the best part of the Kentucky Derby
...unless you are on the infield for the Mardi Gras atmosphere at the Kentucky Oaks.
